Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the development of the epidemic and related prevention and control information have received everyone's attention. At present, China's domestic epidemic prevention and control has achieved stage-by-stage important results, and the economic and living order has gradually recovered, but the pressure of overseas imports still exists, especially Shanghai is still a key area for the prevention and control of imported cases and related cases. Guarding against imported cases and preventing a resurgence of the outbreak at home is the core work of current prevention and control.

According to the government's guidance requirements for epidemic prevention and control，the organizer of the CMTF after careful consideration and consultation with the exhibition hall, in order to ensure the life's health and safety of the participants and the effect of the exhibition, will adjust the holding of the 15th Shanghai International Medical Tourism Fair：

1. The exhibition time is adjusted from July 9-11 to November 10-12.

2.The  location is still The Shanghai New International Expo Center  and the  hall will be adjusted to Hall E1.

3. The Beijing International Medical Tourism Fair originally scheduled to be held at Beijing China International Exhibition Center (Jing'anzhuang Hall) from November 22-24, 2020  will be postponed to 2021, and the time will be announced later.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 in 2020, the CMTF organizer has decided to adjust the four exhibitions in 2020 to one after studying and negotiating with the government, the exhibition halls and the exhibitors, and finally deciding to hold the Fair in Shanghai in November. For the unstable factors of the epidemic, the reduction of the number of exhibition is to save the time and energy of the exhibitors. The CMTF organizer will go all out to use more ample time to prepare for the Shanghai Fair ,ensuring it achieves better results.
